Making RAW chocolate is easier than you may think! This is from TheEarthDiet.com and it is a wonderful recipe!
It can be done in 3 EASY STEPS with only 3 INGREDIENTS:
1. ALMOND MEAL - Use any other preferred nut! Use processed hemp seeds as a nut alternative.
2. CACAO POWDER - Mix with almond meal.
3. MAPLE SYRUP - Mix in with other ingredients. Use honey or other natural sweetener as an alternative if you choose.
Mix 1 cup almond meal, 3/4 cup cacao powder, and a 1/4 cup maple syrup in a bowl, combine, and roll into balls!
And that makes delicious, HEALTHY, unbelievably nourishing RAW CHOCOLATES!
*Roll in coconut flakes for added flavor!
+ADD Peanut butter for peanut butter chocolate balls!
+ADD Cacao butter and set in the fridge for a hard chocolate
