Rustic Italian Grilled Veggie Sandwich on Olive Bread
Summer time is the time for sandwiches! My children and I have fun trying different kinds almost every day, because it is the single easiest food for hot days and little hands who want to "help". They like picking the colors and textures for their toppings.
This Rustic looking sandwich with grilled peppers is one of our favorites! Eventually if the peppers in our garden will ever grow, we can make this a local sandwich, as the bread is from a close-by bakery!
